“Walk Slowly” is inspired by a poem by my friend, Nidhi Kaur, called “You Don’t Live for the End” in her book My Wedding With Truth. It invites you to slow down, expand your awareness and experience the beauty and love that is around us at all times.

The idea for this song came while I was running in the woods after seeing a crow, a divine oracle in Celtic mythology, and asking it “what’s my life purpose?”
